I like the new format too. I got this book for Christmas last year and your review has made me decide I must get around to reading it in 2010! I had just seen the wonderful 1986 film when I received the book and felt I needed to wait awhile so the book would have a chance to stand on its own. Great review! I like the new format too. I do like when it's there though, so after I read a person's thoughts overall I can read the synopsis if I'm still curious. So on mine I think most of the time I'll just take the lazy approach and paste in the synopsis from somewhere else. :) And I have found that the set format is helping a lot - I'm working on a few new reviews now. But I'm working on another review now, and it's going a lot faster. It's a bit more work to do it this way (in a way), but having the set format helps me get started easier. I do still like my old format as well, and may still use that when I have more to say about a book. Or perhaps the "My Thoughts" section will just be longer for those books, and will be more like my old reviews.
